There are no user accounts on the live site today. Sign-in is disabled. You use the board anonymously — we do not ask you to create a login or send a password.

Sports Wire saves preferences in first-party localStorage in your browser. We do not upload those prefs to our servers.

If you accept the consent banner, we load Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-LGCNWW0WFQ. We set anonymize_ip. We send page views and product events (for example league toggles, opening a game, favorite-team changes).

We do not call the analytics bootstrap or load gtag until you accept. If you decline, we never load Google Analytics on this device unless you later clear the stored choice and accept.

The board requests listings from ESPN (kickoff times, TV networks, betting lines) and, when configured on the server, live scores from API-SPORTS. Those services see typical request metadata (such as IP address and user agent) when the app fetches scores and listings. We do not send your localStorage prefs to them.
