Sports Wire (sportswire.tv) is operated by Loowit Technology Group, LLC, the service provider. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

If you believe material on Sports Wire infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes, per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (such as the URL).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If material you provided was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). It must include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Loowit Technology Group, LLC may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

After a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party tells us it has filed a court action.

In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate access for users or account holders who are repeat infringers.
